Sweet Chili Brussel Sprouts
Brussel sprouts are the best when they’re crispy, and I love this recipe that incorporates sweet chili sauce. Roasting the brussel sprouts for 15 minutes before adding the sauce will ensure the brussel sprouts are cripsy when they are finished.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Shaved Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce (Try the pineapple version for a sweeter flavor, or use half of each, which is what I ended up using here!)
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 3 Tbsp French Fried Onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Toss sprouts in olive oil and sweet chili sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and arrange on a lined baking sheet.

Roast for 15 min.

Remove from oven, tossing with French fried onions and drizzling with balsamic glaze. Make sure to spread the sprouts out to ensure they crisp up and don’t stay damp, especially after using the balsamic!

Roast for 15-20 more minutes, or until well roasted and crispy. Serve immediately.
